Okay this is soo not crafty-related...

Like a lot of creative people, I need to listen to music that gets me inspired and feeling creative while I am crafting or doing any other artistic activity. Well, today I was trying to discover more obscure indie/folk/pop/rock musicians, particularly my favorite which are usually female singer/songrwriters. I wanted to add some music to my huge "crafty inspiring" playlist. I found this website that had the enture playlist from all episodes of Grey's Anatomy, which is still one of my favorite television shows.

So even though it isn't technically crafty-related....I think that this list needs to be posted here for anyone looking to discover new and potentially obscure artists. Have fun and enjoy. This list is copied straight from the Grey's Anatomy Insider website, so thank you to them for compiling this list!

*** Oh and as a side note, most people have commented that my musical selection on this blog is fantastic but I have recently discovered one complaining that my music is "awful". I'm not sorry if some don't like it because I love it. AND you can scroll to the very bottom of the page and turn the music off.

Complete Song Listing
Ever wonder what that song you heard on Grey's Anatomy is called? Well, here's your chance to find out. We have compiled a list of songs featured on the show and organized them by episode.

As you know very well by now, the Soundtrack and Soundtrack Vol. II are a mere sampling of the eclectic tunes featured on the show. The artists listed below have produced works both uplifting and eerie, melodic and foreboding.

Without them, Grey's Anatomy would have a completely different feel, and lack much of the emotional force that each episode provides. Here's a look at the songs from each episode - and as of January 2007, the moment during each episode in which they are featured!

Hi, I came across your blog a while ago--I'm not really sure how--and saw your adorable patterns for the felt play food. Thank you for posting it!!!

You inspired my homemade gift theme for my almost-three-year-old daughter (and some of her cousins/friends)! I made FIVE sets of sandwiches/chips, and although I was ready to kill myself at the end of sewing all those slices of bread, it was SO worth it to see each of them play with it on Christmas!

Just thought you should know, I posted some links to your tutorials/blog. Thanks again--happy crafting!

Dang, what a list! I've burned CD's before using songs I heard on Smallville...I'm also one of those people who has to Google certain commercials to FIND THAT SONG! lol
Just had to let you know, I've had a link from my blog to yours (felt food tutorial) for the longest time, and just now noticed you're in South Bend...I'm in Goshen; we're practically neighbors! Have a happy Valentine's Day!
PS~I promise I'm not a creepy stalker, it was just one of those "Wow, what a small world!" moments, and I felt led to mention it. :)
